Steve Donner is an American sports promoter, team owner, and manager. Steve was an owner of the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League and the Rochester Knighthawks of the National Lacrosse League.
Teams he has owned or managed have won championships in the AHL, the NLL, the A-League, and the MLL. He has brought a total of eight championship teams to the City of Rochester. He has won more championships in multiple leagues than any other minor owner in the United States.
Donner was AHL executive of the year in 1996 and was inducted into the United Soccer Leagues Hall of Fame in 2006. He currently lives in Orlando, Florida and led the relocation effort that brought the Orlando Titans of the National Lacrosse League from New York City.
Involved in ice hockey for 30+ years, Justin was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He began playing hockey at age 11 in the Salt Lake Amateur Hockey Association. Justin relocated to Orlando, Florida after a successful 15 year career in the Distribution/Logistics industry in Los Angeles, California.
Once in Florida, he changed his focus to pursue his passion for hockey. Justin Cirillo gained much success as the Operations Manager for the RDV Sportsplex in Orlando for 8 years.

Ryan grew up in Springfield, New Jersey. Ryan has been around the game for 30+ years in six states and four countries. Captain of Berkshire school in Sheffield MA., played professional hockey Germany and represented Team USA in the Maccabi games in 1997. Ryan played for Ohio State and led the club team in scoring his freshman, sophomore and junior seasons.
Ryan directed the hockey program at the RDV Sportsplex Ice Den in Orlando, Florida. In Orlando he helped lead the Southeast District in USA Hockey’s ADM model (hockey’s next generation methodology to increase player growth and retention while maximizing ice time). Ryan created a new coaching curriculum for the program and mentored volunteer coaches to successfully implement the program to their teams.
