Fundraisers

Tired of car washes and bake sales? Let’s earn some money, burn some calories, and have fun at the coolest place in town!

Fundraiser events are great for any school, charities, clubs, nonprofit groups, religious organizations, or sports groups. Fundraising at DIA is as easy as apple pie or these 5 easy steps.

Step 1. Select your date.

Step 2. Contact Justin to book your super cool fundraiser!

Step 3. We’ll work together to create your fundraiser flyer that you can distribute to anyone you want.

Step 4. Your guests arrive at the public skate you chose with their fundraiser flyer. We mark how many people came in on each flyer.  Example, family of 4 come with one flyer, we mark 4 people on their flyer. You get credit for all 4 people, not just for 1 flyer. We want to be sure that you get the proper dues to you!

Step 5. We cut you a check based on the amount of people that attended your fundraiser!

We do have a few rules:

  • Flyers may not be distributed at our facility. It is up to you to bring the guests to your fundraiser.
  • Flyers may not be distributed at the front door during your event.
  • Final count made by Daytona Ice Arena is final.
  • Anyone attending the fundraiser will not be permitted to use coupons in addition to the fundraiser.
  • Skaters will be required to pay regular public skate admission and skate rental rates.

The rate breakdown you receive back is:

1-50 skaters – $1.50 per skater
51-100 skaters – $2.00 per skater
101 – 150 skaters – $2.50 per skater
151 & up – $3.00 per skater
